#How do I invite a Bedrock player to my minehut world? I'm on java
26 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
They can either join the lobbies (bedrock.minehut.com) and then /join servername, or they can add the server to their list as servername.bedrock.minehut.gg port 19132
Okay and how do I make the server private? so people cant join
Also it just says "connecting to server..." then times me out and I can't join
You'll need to turn the Whitelist on in Settings on your server dashboard as well as Enforce Whitelist. Ingame, you can add the bedrock player with /whitelist add .username ingame (specifically add the . in front of their name)
nvm im in
okay 1 sec
Bedrock players do have to have joined to be whitelisted, bit of a weird system so letting them join w/o whitelist on and then turning it on will do
alr
it wont let me type /whitelist in game
Are you op?
Go to the Console tab on the server dashboard, then in the Live Console text box, do op username
No / in the console since it already adds one for you
okay 1 sec
I added them, so now nobody can join?
Whitelist is so that only the people on that list can join, nobody else
You'll need to add yourself to it and other people you want to add
okay and 1 last thing rq, for some reason it wont let me turn on shdaers
That's likely a client-side issue so I won't be much help there
heyyyyyyy so like long time so speak but uh im trying to add my friend into the game and it wont let
it says he dosen't exist
he's on bedwork and i'm putting the "." before his name and it still won't work
any idea why?
Hey, @pure rune!
Bedrock players are required to join a server before being able to be added to the whitelist. Therefore, you will have to turn your server's whitelist off and have them join, then you can turn whitelist back on and add them.
