If the tps stays steady, it’s not a lag machine
Running out of ram can happen for a lot of reasons like the amount of plugins and plugins you have and how many chunks ar e being loaded
Next time your server crashes, send the latest.log here

Yep just running out of ram, logs cut straight off
All you can do is upgrade your Minehut plan for more ram, delete some worlds, plugins, or limit animal spasms, view distance, or worldborder

It really should be, but I can’t see any other possible explanation
Maybe it’s the hardware?
If you’re on an external server try serving 8gb of ram to the server instead of 9
If you serve your maximum ram it allows you to run out of memory easier
