does the server lag or you lag since you mentioned ping, ping is your fault not the servers

highly likely you're running out of ram

all you can do is delete some plugins, worlds ,limit view distance, limit worldborder, or upgrade your minehut plan to include more ram

but to confirm, recreate the crash and then send the latest.log here

How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your dashboard.

Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.
