unable to buy credits

when i try to buy credits i get the error "3032" and i know that this can be caused by xsolla blocking my account or something but i have not had any issues with xsolla in the past and idk if its maybe currency related since i am in the uk but its really annoying because i want to upgrade my server but i cant so if anyone can help ty
