Server keeps crashing

what does that gamerule do?

disable mob spawning

bc u have like 3k mobs spawning in ur server at the same time and also some dying dropping items

that causes memory to be too high

that happens in about never the most common reason are plugins that use a ton of ram

i disbled it and stil crash

remove plugins that take too much space

You ran out of RAM. If your server is on the free plan, I suggest using a maximum of 14 plugins. To fix the issue, remove plugins that are taking your RAM.

It depends a lot on what type of plugins and how optimized they are
