Have you tried to force hibernate, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the Settings tab and click force hibernate it will forcefully hibernate the server.

Hmm cant seem to restart the server, like nothing happens, been trying that for days. I dont have credits for the RAM if I'm looking at the right thing. I would create another server and do that but I cant even backup my server
