Problems joining server after restart

[crimson solstice]

So we restarted our free server to install some plugins, although when we try to join again, we’re hit with this error message in chat:

io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception finishconnect(..) failed: Connection refused: /**25575

No idea how to fix it, so some help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
