To create a Support ticket you can click on the Submit a request link at the top right on any FAQ page. If you do not see that link you can use this one: https://minehut.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Select Minehut Support Ticket in the drop-down, unless you are submitting a report or appeal.

You can also email us at [email protected] if you are not able to use the form.
