Scoreboard not functioning

Using the SimpleScore plugin, I tried to edit scoreboards.yml, and it doesn't display on the server. any reason why? Here is the code i modified

It looks like you are missing a single quotation mark at the end of Balance which is causing the scoreboard to not show up. Add the missing quotation mark and reload the configuration file.

is it possible to reload without restarting the server?

To reload the SimpleScore plugin configuration, you can use the command "/simplescore reload".
