I can connect to minehut.gg and other servers through /join

I have tried /join and my server name but it wont start

How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your dashboard.

Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

I changed it to online mode but when I start the server it switches back to offline mode.
