This code adds a variable called _priority which is set to 0 by default. The priority of each player is determined based on their UUID being in one of the priority groups. The highest priority is assigned to players in the OG::* group, followed by players in the Owner::* group, and finally players in the Head-Admin::* and Admin::* groups, which share the same priority.

The tab list priority of each player is then set to their priority value, so that players with higher priority appear at the top of the tab list.
