plotsquared is free and one through MH ida thought was the latest.. just remember u need world edit too for it to run

you can try downloading and uploading plugins from their official websites, i find the plugins' official websites are more reliable than minehut's plugin repository possibly because minehut's plugin repository is not updated at the time of the plugin being updated on its official website
