either your server is running out of ram (get less plugins, do less intensive tasks) or you downgraded your server

#

you can run out of ram on 6gb. how many plugins do you have, how big is your world? etc

ive seen people get this error from downgrading their server, but there would also be another error above it

Any super intensive task can cause it
