How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your dashboard.

Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

I've never really seen that error before, but it's definitely related to your world. If you reset your world, it should be fixed. If you have things on your world you want to keep, though, I'd make a ticket and let support resolve that for you
