for me it isnt that its bad per se, its more the fact that people had them as an investment, who spent money on ranks to advertise, with the idea of getting players to see their servers.
and thats just... taken away. without any notice, just... gone.
its basically a rug pull, and there's no point to the refund, its just in credits, with no way of taking it out to the original money you put in.
the idea is fine (?) but taking away the ranks of people was NOT the play.
