#Server disk space running out
22 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
- reducing unloaded chunks(worldsize) does not do much about storage.
- the warning has nothing to do with storage.
the warning says your server is running 12k ms behind, which indicates that the server is having a stroke
Meaning?
[23:10:29 ERROR]: Couldn't save player advancements to ./world/advancements/b3fbde87-6347-4a60-b60f-bc16339377e5.json

It sent this in the log before and people can't join the server. It also sent a message from Luck perms when trying to join saying that there's a problem with the database.
you can use MCASelector to delete empty/unused chunks from your world easily to reduce the size of your world folder
https://github.com/Querz/mcaselector
do that by downloading the world from the server, using MCA S to delete stuff, and then replace the world on the server
Do you think this will solve the problem?
if you delete a lot of unnecessary world data yes
minehut servers have 20GB disk space
Is worlddata the only thing that takes up disk space?
Could skript variables do too or is that RAM?
mostly
Ok
since they're saved in a yml file by default they use up disk space
I have variables for kills, deaths, levels and races. Do you think that takes up a lot?
extremely unlikely to be more than the world
and this is stuff that you should see for yourself, we can't see that for you
Where do I see my disk space?
