I keep trying to activate my server but every time I do it goes to 'offline' then 'hibernating'

How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your dashboard.

Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

you cant access the file manager when it forces back to hibernating

#

when it goes back to hibernating it boots you back to the server menu

sometimes it does. it just depends on the case and issue

but if it isn't loading or there isn't anytime to get those logs, then that would be a good time to make a ticket

Ok I've contacted support yesterday, and again today I haven't gotten anything yet
