By using a permission plugin

what's wrong with people viewing plugins lol
Might be a sensitive command
it literally shows a list of plugins and nothing more

Well, some people don't like that players can see the plugins
Minecraft.command.plugins, minecraft.command.? and minecraft.command.pl should cover it
Set them all to false @wet void
Or just do a skript
