You see, we have had this issue multiple times with different people on, clearlag is on, disabled many possible forms of lag, etc.

maybe possibly a lag machine? You could try to limit redstone usage just incase someone had secretly made a lag machine somewhere

if console comes up blank when the crash happens or doesnt log any error, it could very well be a ram maxing issue

#

make sure you dont have too many plugins, any shady/old plugins, or beefy skripts on your server
