I recently deleted an account that bought Animal Crossing in the online shop, and now I cannot access the game with other users. It pops out "This user cannot play this software." Is there any solution to this?

I went to System Settings -> Users and chose the one i wanted to delete

I think I own this account but I dont think I have the log in details

Go to that email and check if there's a register email

Or you can use the forgot password function on Nintendo.com website

And in the case you cannot figure out which email it was, you can still contact customer support about this, but it will quite hard.

Normally you need to have at least the email or some form of identificaton
