This might be a connection issue when the console hasn't register it yet. Try putting DNS into your internet setting and restart your console, and then open eShop so it can send the data over to Nintendo.
HOW TO CHANGE DNS
• What's DNS? How can it help?
・ Domain Name System (DNS) is an internet system akin to an address book.
・ Using a better Public DNS service may improve connection speed.
・ Google's Public DNS service is often recommended, which is what we will use in this guide.
• How to change Nintendo Switch's DNS settings:
・ From Home Menu, navigate to System Settings ⚙️ > Internet > Internet Settings.
・ Select your network under Registered Networks.
・ Select Change Settings > DNS Settings > Change it to Manual.
・ Set these settings as follow:
- Primary DNS:
008.008.008.008 - Secondary DNS:
008.008.004.004

I tried that, same message
Hmm try uninstalling the app and login again
or you can clear the app's data if you are using Android
Ok I'll try that
