HiI really need help with something. So I want to sign into nintendo e shop on one of my users but I can't remember the password. But when I click forgot password I log in as my parent because they allowed me at it makes me chnage the password for their account and when I want to switch profile for the account which I don't know the password for it doesn't give me the option of "forgot password" what do I do?

Sounds really confusing, But if i understood correctly you’re probably going to need to contact support to sort it out unless there’s a way to do it on their website

Hmm I think you have some mix up here. Since one email can only link to one account only.
