Hi @valid kelp and welcome. If you’re choosing between these three, I’d say give Mario 3D All-Stars a go, especially if you haven’t played one of those games yet

Animal Crossing is good for a relaxing session, but New Horizons is somewhat grindy compared to previous entries in the series

If you don’t care about graphics and you want a more involved Animal Crossing-like experience with a better gameplay loop and multiple play styles, try out Stardew Valley. It’s on sale right now also I believe
