Since yesterday I don't know what happens to my switch it starts to sound and it doesn't let me press buttons when I go to youtube and put a video and it starts to pause
and then continues and when I go to a game like fortnite it doesn't let me choose things ect
anyone here?
@gentle cypress
Listen, bro, give it time. I don't have an answer for you, but someone will come by who does. Be patient.
Fine :(
is this a switch lite?
If so, i can help.
(I believe the others are not that different.)
Normal switch
these aren't official.
Try official joycons.
And even if I take out those joycons, the console continues to sound
They arw official
...
Nope
thats really odd
this may be a fault on the joycons behalf.
I don't think they are the joycons, I checked them and they are perfectly fine and even if I remove them from the screen, the switch continues to sound
probably the switch being weird then.
Yes
I tried everything but i can't find it
and with the normal joycons it keeps doing the same
try resetting the switch.
must be a fault in the wiring.
Hi, have you tried disconnecting those Splitpad joycon entirely from the console?
This sounds like the sound of the joystick being moved but we need to do some tests
Erratic Splitpad Input
yes
Ik but i didn't move it
It was doing that on his own
Do you have other joycon or controller connected to it?
You can try the method below to remove them all
xpair
HOW TO DELETE & RECONNECT CONTROLLER PAIRING
※ With the Switch console in handheld mode.
1. Detach/Disconnect all the Joy-Con and controllers from the Nintendo Switch console.
2. From the HOME Menu, select System Settings ⚙️ > Controllers and Sensors > Disconnect Controllers.
3. Hold down the “X” Button on the right Joy-Con until the blue circle is fully illuminated.
4. Attach or connect any Joy-con and controllers you want to pair to the console.
※ Update the controllers' firmware can fix several issues.
Not working
AD it's not the joycons
Not sure if you understand me, what I meant is these steps are to remove any unwanted controllers that may connect to this console.
Next, go to System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Test input devices > Test touch screen
and see if there's any strange input you are seeing from the touch screen
