when i select formatting options, there no clear cache, just reset cache, reset keyboard, format mirco sdcard, and intailze consle which one should i pick to clear cache

Try deleting the game and reinstalling, you can press + or - on the game icon, manage software, delete software, and check mark “keep home menu icon” (if that option is there) to easily redownload it. It won’t delete your save data (save file)
