How to transfer screenshots and videos from one Switch to another (not Switch 2)

Hey everyone,
I just got a new Switch (same model as my old one, not a Switch 2 or OLED), and I successfully transferred my user account and save data to the new console.

However, I can’t figure out how to move my screenshots and videos from the old Switch to the new one. I know they’re stored on the microSD card in the “/Nintendo/Album” folder, but I’m not sure if simply copying that folder from one card to another actually works or if the files are tied to the console somehow.

Has anyone managed to transfer their album between two original Switch consoles? Is it even possible to make them show up in the new console’s Album section?

Just insert the same SD card you had in your old console to your new one. You can continue to use that SD card, or transfer them to internal storage if you're also planning to use a different SD card. I wouldn't recommend transferring the files manually using a PC because it could result in complications.

But my new Switch (1) says that this SD card doesn’t belong to this console and asks me to erase all the data… Are you sure we can use the same SD card on a new Switch?
PS: I only transferred my user with their save data, not the entire console, because I think we can’t do a full console transfer between two Switch 1s.

Oh I'm sorry I completely forgot it prompts that, seems like media is not natively transferrable at all from one Switch to another unless it's to a Switch 2.
