I didn't touched my Nintendo switch and it suddenly showed that I have corrupted files on my dd card when I turned it on, it forced me to erase theses files but it's saying that the SD card cannot be used and need to be formated, I don't want to lose all of my saves, what can I do ?

Your saves are always stored to internal storage. Formatting it will just delete whatever games and media is stored to it, but you can just reinstall the games.
