So my switch 1 has just been really bad about updates with games and I always dread the message “corrupted data has been found” right at the end of EVERY. UPDATE. specifically, this has been happening with 2k and Fortnite. I have already formatted the SD card and I am just stuck. I check if there’s any corrupted data for both games before I update the game and STILL it says corrupted data has been found. And what really pisses me off is that this always happens after the download has hit 100% or close to finished. Then I have to restart the update and wait another 4 hours. The only thing I haven’t done is contact switch support.

I’m just wondering if there’s anything else I can do besides contact switch support to fix it on my own
Do u have a pc? And a usb microsd adapter? Microsd cards is just like small ssd they can get bad overtime, plug the drive in and use the app validrive to check the sectors of the card, if its corrupted then your cards health has decreased
i have a pc, i dont think i have a apadter for that tho
You can buy them pretty cheap, just abt $5 on ebay or some tech store
