i am from Saudi Arabia, my current Nintendo account is set in the UK region, and i want to buy Fire emblem three houses, and there is a huge price difference between the UK and the Japan stores (almost half the price when including everything), but i'm not sure if my card will be accepted in Japanese store or not?
and will the game be in English or only Japanese? (the game has English language)
and can i swap my account back or not? or is there a minimum time between transfers?
#can i buy a game from the Japanese store?

Pretty sure your eshop is connected to the region you made ur account so no you can’t buy from the japanese eshop. If u buy a code or a physical version from Japan it shouldn’t matter
i made my account here in Saudi, but i couldn't open the Eshop (since there is no Saudi Eshop) so i switched my account to UK and i was able to buy some items from the Eshop.
so i'm not sure if your info is outdated, or maybe the account is linked to the first purchase?
You need to create or change the account's region to Japan. Sadly, because of that the eshop will be in Japanese so you will have a harder time going through it
You can change the system's language to English, but the eshop will be in Japanese nonetheless. It is possible to buy Japanese games if you CHANGE your region to Japanese. Just heads up if you own physical games which weren't bought in Japan, do NOT purchase DLCs
That only implies on physical games, not digital.
One other thing to mention is that if you have any currency on your current saudi accountl, everything will get removed if you swap regions
