Hi, I have never played a pokemon game before except pokemon go that I used to play 5-6 years ago, I am a complete noob in terms of pokemon story/lore or anything, I recently installed the lets go pikachu/eevee demo and it felt kinda good throwing pokeballs and catching pokemons and wanted to try a pokemon game, the truth is, I am getting bored easilly so I would prefer something not so much story depended or need to watch many dialogs and remember details about lore etc (yes I am that guy that always press skip or spam the next button 😶 ) , I was thinking to try the lets go eevee but I am not exactly sure if its the best option, thats why I need a second opinion.

as someone who played Ruby this game is more forgiving

If you have friends who play those then get that so you can trade and battle

otherwise get legends arceus which is more singleplayer oriented

and focuses more on the origin of pokemon

Tbh I am looking for something single player cause I dont play multiplayer games on my switch so I dont have online

Also what I love about SV is that if you play Pokemon Go you can transfer some of your mons into SV

I remember I had some pokemons but I lost my account some years before so nothing left unfortunately
