After I had deleted the game and i instalet it again i had a problem that wen I try playing after instaling it show this and after I restared my nintendo factory mode is telling me I have to re buy the game the game cost is 20$

Are you trying to play the game on a different profile/account than the one you bought the game with? look through settings in eshop and make sure the account you bought the game with is set to Primary/Default system. Then other accounts can play the game
