Currently, I am developing an indie game for Switch and I'm afraid it will be pirated since most people use these emulators for piracy.

(Even if the emulators gets removed people who have them installed should have no issues to still play your game)

Plus as I previously said, anyone can just pirate on an actual console.

see, people make new forks but it will not be as good as the original one as you can see the 'fork' you are taling about is suyu and it cannot do a shit, it can only do things like renaming emulators, and has not added a single extra compat for any game so yeah I can say that emulator dies after banning it

And also Switch is an active and latest console, still games are made and published on it, Emulation is ok for older consoles to preserve game but for the active console it is only gonna bring piracy and no benefits, it anyone wanna play a switch game they should buy Switch and then purchase games
