Hellloo! I’ve asked this before but I’d like to ask it in a different way, can I record gameplay without a laptop or much less, a phone..? Sadly my laptop can’t take too much and gameplay gets laggy on my laptop so is there any other way to record my gameplay without a good laptop?

Unfortunately, I don't think there is other possible options for you. There is no capture apps on mobile as far as I'm aware. I'm surprised you are having difficulties running OBS on your laptop. I didn't remember having too much problems with my old setup, a T430s thinkpad from more than a decade ago.
What's your recording resolution? Keep it at 720p 30fps. There is usually no reason to go higher for switch.
