I just discovered but when I put the tags on the switch it doesn't load
I tried hard reset but it doesn't work
I have same update
same problem.
I just updated it and when it tried to restart it never booted.
if so what can be the problem ?

what "tags" are you talking about?

what was the battery level before you performed the update? was the console charging when you updated?
he was on the dock
was the charger plugged into the dock and the wall? was the console actually charging?

have you at any point left the console not charging for a long period of time (a couple of weeks or longer)?

at this point I would reach out to Nintendo and ask for help. It sounds like the update may have bricked the console.

there's not much else I can do to help. Perhaps you might be able to get Nintendo to foot the bill.
well, convince them to repair it for free, since it was their firmware update that caused the console to become non-functional
