the switch is bricked and we cannot fix it without repairing it.

its random, some switch gets bricked some doesnt

some even get their sd card corrupted

Even if you dont have warranty they will fix it but with a price.

a couple other people reported this before you and none of them could fix it without getting the ending conclusion to send it off to repair

unless you have online for cloud saves

"bricked" isn't really the right term for this. it's just in a state where it won't boot up properly.
