I can’t think of anything that happened in Echo that carries over into anything else, except maybe Daredevil: Born Again, and even that didn’t really have much tie in.
I assume Ironheart will at least be introducing a character or concept that will be addressed more in the greater MCU.
After watching it, it wasn’t as bad as I thought… At least not as bad as Echo.
The first episode was extremely boring though, and it didn’t even start to get interesting until near the end of the 3rd, so it would definitely never have worked as a weekly release.
Though I’m not sure most people are going to be interested in watching past the first episode anyway.

depends which ones you've seen
if you're looking to get into the mcu, then i'd just start at iron man and go in order
if you don't want to commit to that then guardians of the galaxy is a good one to watch
(you can watch gotg vol 1 and vol 2 with nothing else before, not gotg vol 3 though)
or just watch logan because that is peak cinema
