I made it using this leftover chicken/pot pie roast, and added some other leftover rice and beef, then I added some burnt biscuit because I overcooked it, then I drizzled a bit of teriyaki sauce, afterwards I sprinkled some parenmasen cause it is the best seasoning I could find that doesn't add too much or too little.

The sauce is a Sunday Sauce, that I made a while ago and had frozen. Doing sauce from scratch and ravioli is a bit too labor intensive for my taste (but I did bake Italian bread today as well)

Sunday Sauce is sear your sausage and spare rib in a pot, then set aside. Remove most of the grease, then add half an onion, a full green bell pepper, chopped, sautéed. Add garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Throw in tomato paste until caramelized. Add 2 32oz cans of whole tomatoes, then however much water until the tomatoes are fully covered. Simmer for about an hour, then crush the tomatoes with a spoon (also the time to make and fry your meatballs). Throw back in your meats and simmer for up to 4 hours. Longer the tomatoes simmer the sweeter the sauce gets.

Ravioli, I kind of just bullshit. 16oz of ricotta, strained, 16 oz of mozzarella, some amount of parm, some amount of pecorino, parsely, zest of one lemon, a few squeezes of lemon juice, salt, pepper. Boil in salted water until they float, then throw into a pan with the sauce to finish

The marinated tomatoes was the best thing in the menu in terms of taste, offering a combination of savoury, sweet, sour and tangy.
