should i turn off my switch lite these days?

I'm not going to use it for maybe a week so I'm thinking of leaving it off, but i don't know if it's better for the battery to keep it on and plugged or unplugged

I actually had it completely discharged once and just charged it again, nothing happened. but thanks, i think I'll leave it on
