#data to wrong switch

Did you never use a Nintendo account to play games in the first place?
why would i not play games?
Theres a difference between having a Nintendo account, and not, while the switch can allow you to play games while unlinked, if you link your data to the wrong switch account, it is linked to that account.
Lingos are confusing here. Are you trying to say you want to transfer your account and its data to a new Switch?
yeah but i dont know how to unlink it from my switch lite
you just transfer the account over and delete your old account on the old Switch
Check below
SAVE DATA AND YOU
※ Note: Save data is stored on the internal memory and not the microSD card.
• How to transfer a profile's data - Copy an entire profile and its save data from Switch A then move it to Switch B, then delete the profile from Switch A.
• How to transfer individual games' save data - Copy an individual game's save data to another Switch, then delete the save data from the original source.
• How to download save data from cloud backup - Requires Nintendo Switch Online subscription. You can keep multiple copies of save data on multiple Switch consoles this way. Make sure to let them sync/update before playing.
※ Note: If your subscription expired, the cloud save backup will be kept for 6 months before deletion.
○ Exception: Animal Crossing: New Horizon's save data is different and have unique backup and transfer process.
⚠︎ Warning: If you have issue transferring data between Switch consoles (error 2216-5000 with the message "Unable to communicate with the other console."):
• Try connecting both Switch consoles to a different network and attempt the transfer again. (Hotspot will work)
• Delete the Wifi network from both Switch consoles, reconnect them and do it again.
Be careful with games that do not support cloud save backup like normal
Pokemon, Splatoon, Animal Crossing
but splatoon is the only one i really care about
does your account not have the same save data across both consoles that have it?
If you read the save data transfer method I posted above you will understand how things work.
One method relies on just cloud save data to sync the data between 2 consoles. However, since Splatoon doesn't have cloud save data, this method won't work for just that one particular games, it will work for all other games with cloud save backup.
What you need to do is simply login into your new Switch with your account and let save data backup from the cloud to sync over and then you transfer just Splatoon's save data alone via the individual save data transfer.
