My switch randomly stopped working, I had noticed that te battery was fucked up earlier but is that also the problem here?

METHOD TO FIX BOOT ISSUE

If you are experiencing boot issue, your Switch won't turn on, etc.. try this:

Make sure the Switch is plugged in directly to the AC adapter.
Hold the power button for 15 seconds.
At exactly the 15th second, lift your finger briefly then press down once to turn the Switch on.
