How do I stop my switch from continuously scratching in the dock I got a screen protector but the back keeps on scratching anyway

It shouldn't do that normally. Your dock may have been bent.
Can you take a pic of the dock from the top?

Honestly, until u can get it fixed, a temporary fix would be a switch skin, which can protect from scratching
