No video on TV

Hello, I've connected my dock to the TV for the first time in a while, but there's no video displayed. My TV does detect the switch has been connected but displays a black screen.

There's no problem individually with the HDMI cable (it works with other systems) or the AC adapter (I can use it to charge the console), so perhaps there is an issue with the dock itself?

Can people please recommend things I might try to get it working again?

※ Important: Follow these steps in exact order
While you are doing the steps, check if there's any loose, damaged, improper placed cables. Take the chance to clean the jacks on the cable and the HDMI ports as well.

1. Unplug all the cables (HDMI, AC Power Adapter) and remove the Switch from dock.
2. Unplug the AC adapter from the wall socket.
3. Turn off the TV/Monitor.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Connect your AC adapter cable to the dock.
6. Connect your AC adapter to the wall outlet.
7. Connect your HDMI cable to the dock.
8. Connect your HDMI cable to the TV/Monitor.
9. Dock your Switch.
10. Turn on TV/Monitor.

Hi, please try out the above steps. If it doesn't work, please connect your Switch Dock to another TV/Monitor and try there so you can isolate whether your Monitor is the issue
