There could be some dirt on the slot. Only other thing that springs to mind is if you remove your joycans without pressing the button on the back of the joycon, that tends to make the controllers lose grip and maybe it could do the opposite effect.

is there a good way to get something out? Tried putting it upside down but doesn't help
Also got told to try a vacuum cleaner, but don't have a working one rn
dont get one cause you could damage the pins cause of static trough the vaccum
