You sure none other account has this downloaded?
Normally, this is when another account already purchased this game first (Yes, even if it's free)
Yea
Yea another acc purchased it long time ago but I deleted it maybe a few months ago since I don't have enough storage
Can you help 😢 @wicked sparrow
Can you try putting this into Internet settings?
HOW TO CHANGE DNS
• What's DNS? How can it help?
・ Domain Name System (DNS) is an internet system akin to an address book.
・ Using a better Public DNS service may improve connection speed.
・ Google's Public DNS service is often recommended, which is what we will use in this guide.
• How to change Nintendo Switch's DNS settings:
・ From Home Menu, navigate to System Settings ⚙️ > Internet > Internet Settings.
・ Select your network under Registered Networks.
・ Select Change Settings > DNS Settings > Change it to Manual.
・ Set these settings as follow:
- Primary DNS:
008.008.008.008 - Secondary DNS:
008.008.004.004

Any acc is fine?
Your main account first, then check using other accounts
My suspicion is it's a network error. The Switch's eShop app didn't check the account owning the game has been deleted. So the steps above were to force a recheck.
Of course, it's not the only reason, but we gotta try it first.
Very nice.
I'm surprised we have so many issues like this, simply because the Switch didn't update correctly.
@wicked sparrow btw can I change back to normal dns after downloading it
yeah sure, we just change DNS to trigger the check.
You can actually do the same thing by deleting your current Wifi network and connect to it again.
