Go into your order history on the Amazon app and check thoroughly through the product information and redemption info.

i did but only information pops up

no redemption code stuff

it just says payment info, order summary,

I’ve never purchased a gift card from Amazon before but they should have in theory sent you you a code. Did you by chance buy a physical gift card?
