There is hair behind intake vent
It just stuck in there
It'll be hard to clean from the outside. You have access to a handheld vacuum?
No
What is best handheld vacuum
that's a terrible idea. you don't want to let water drip into the air vents.
I said kind of wet so It doesnt drip
still a terrible idea
What would u do then
vacuum or disassembly or both
...what did he say originally?
@umbral coral Look, I know you by now. I don't think you can handle a vacuum. There's a risk of electrostatics shock from the motor.
And I'm pretty sure you can't open the Switch to clean from the inside either.
So here's a realistic idea: Get a squeeze blower and force the hairs out. Or you can literally leave it like that, the normal airflow of the fan can move the hair out on its own.
And furthermore, If you keep using the Switch, the airflow will be constantly pushing dirt particles or hairs out, lessen the risk of them causing issues.
They suggested using a wet cotton swab
Ah I see, too risky
So there possibly that the fan would just blow hair out
Yep, I remember I did mention this before. Keep using the Switch to let the airflow going is one way to keep it clean.
Please do not use any liquid or attempt to clean with the switch turned on
A non-esd safe vacuum is also not a great option
There's this thing I use to blow out consoles/computers at the job.
