are all of my saves that i ever saved in BOTW all backed up to the cloud or replaced by newer ones?

I get you are trying to "load one of my first manual saves in botw" but why? Why do you need to do it?

It should be there in the first place, so something must have happened. Please tell us more about it.

2. in the save slots in BOTW, it only shows a couple of autosaves and one manual save. These are just recent saves, i honestly don’t know how to elaborate any further unless you ask specific questions. i’m trying to load an old manual save file that is not among these save slots.

Was this old manual save on a different save slot than the current ones?

If that manual save was on the already occupied slot then it was already overwritten.

Yes, it's all overwritten, since they are the same copy of each other.
