Save data is tied to each account, what you do on this account (dean) will not affect the save data on the other account (bella)
This here is a conflict of mismatch data between what you have on this console and the cloud save backup.
You can remedy this by simply uploading the latest save data (the one you want to keep) to the cloud backup and redownload it on this console in the pic.
