Our family has been playing off of one switch where my account purchases the games and my kid uses their account to play them with their save data. We got them a Switch Lite for Christmas and I've been trying to get it set up with their favorite games, except it says they can't play them with their account since their account didn't purchase them. Is this working as intended, or did I make an error somewhere? It seems odd that we can all play on the original Switch, but only I can play on the second Switch (Lite). Please help.

This is due to the restriction of game-sharing feature. Please refer to our game-sharing guide below first.

GAMESHARING INFORMATION
• Game-sharing is an official feature for the Switch. Its original purpose is to let you play your digital games across multiple Switch consoles. But you are also allowed to use this feature to share games with family and friends, although the process is quite complicated.
• Game-sharing works in a Primary console and Secondary console basis. Your Primary will have no limit, while your Secondary will have several limitations.
