And ffs, if every darn time something break, the only solution is: "Get a new one." then the world will be in ruin (I guess it already is)

Here's an actual advice: It's a hardware issue. While I doubt you can repair it yourself, Nintendo may accept to repair it for free. It's not official, but they have this policy to waive joystick drifting issue repair, which sometime include other issues as well.
You just have to ask the customer support to see if they can repair it for you. Some managed to get that free repair, some don't. But it doesn't hurt to try.
